Returns Policy

We ensure our customers are covered with a 30-Day Guarantee so there is absolutely zero risk grabbing these incredible shades! If you are not satisfied with your Cybershades, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund. If you don't like your product, get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

Returns are easy, simply email us with your order number & reason for return and we’ll have you taken care of! 


You are entitled for a Replacement, provided the request is made within 3 days upon DOA (Date of Arrival). Please provide a photograph clearly showing the problem or a video that would show the item not working. As soon as our Quality Team is able to check and approve it, Cybershades will ship a new item at the earliest date possible.

A refund will only be possible if the order being returned is out of stock. In some cases we will offer In-Store Credit that you can use on your next purchase.

Please note that when returning an order, the buyer pays the return shipping fee;

If your aren’t SATISFIED with your Purchase:

You may still be eligible for a return depending on the case and the product policies. We reserve all rights to charge a handling fee on all items for NON-Quality issues.

If an Order is Missing:

Contact us if you fell that the order has been lost in transit. Our Team will conduct the necessary investigation. Once confirmed it has been misplaced or lost in transit, a new shipment will be sent out at the earliest possible date.

Please note that ALL RETURN must be authorized by Cybershades via email.

Cybershades has every right to reject returns at our discretion. Returns will not be accepted when:

  • Beyond 30 days guarantee (if purchased via our website)
  • Unable to report within 3 days upon DOA

Order Cancellation

Any cancellation should be sent within 12 hours upon the order being placed. You can simply mail us with the order number and the reason for the request.

Any request beyond 12 hours will be determined and authorized by Cybershades. In some cases a refund will be offered but a restocking fee will apply.


  • An order’s warranty is limited to a replacement, a refund is subject to Cybershades discretion.
  • Warranty does not apply to damage as a result of misuse of any form or improper care by Buyer.
  • If refund is determined by Cybershades, shipping cost will be deducted on the total amount.
  • We offer a 30 day guarantee for our customers as detailed on our website.
